BioI'm a married mom of two. When I got married in 1995, I could only barely make the simplest of meals. Out of respect for my prodigious appetite, I set about learning how to cook. Along the way, I realized how few cookbooks seem to address themselves to meals people can actually make with very few ingredients and varied appetites. Thus, I am recording here some of the dishes I make, both as a reference for myself and also as a help to other cooks who could use a little inspiration or a new recipe or two. Please feel free to tag along on my culinary endeavours!
